Our datacentre provider has scheduled important UPS maintenance to go ahead on Tuesday 15 September from 22:00 AEST at APDCSY1, in close collaboration with our technical team.
This critical maintenance is required to correct a fault condition which contributed to a partial power-outage on 22 July.
There will be an interruption to the B-power-feed during this maintenance for an estimated time of 20 minutes.
Our technical staff will be on-site during the maintenance to monitor and respond if necessary.
Our core infrastructure is connected redundantly to both power feeds, therefore it will be unaffected.
Customers with non-HA dedicated firewalls or non-redundant PSUs in their colocation servers may be affected. Customers who will be impacted will be contacted directly by email.
